General Terms and Conditions of Hit Larix d.d. – Camping Špik

The company Hit Larix d.d., together with its employees and partners, strives to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on this website. Nevertheless, errors or omissions may occur, for which the company assumes no liability.

Use of all information published on the website is at the user’s own risk. Hit Larix d.d. and all persons involved in the preparation and maintenance of the website are not liable for any damages or inconveniences arising from access to the website, the use of published data, or potential technical problems.

All content, texts, photographs, and other materials on the website are protected by copyrights and other forms of intellectual property rights under applicable legislation. Materials may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and all copyright and other rights notices must be retained. Any copying, reproduction, or distribution of content for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent from Hit Larix d.d.

Trademarks and service marks appearing on this website are either registered trademarks of Hit Larix d.d. or the company has the right to use them. The company reserves the right to change or supplement the website content at any time without prior notice, without assuming liability for the consequences of such changes.

Online purchases and reservations are governed by these General Terms and Conditions, which constitute a contract between the user and Hit Larix d.d. By making an online reservation, the user is considered to have read and accepted the current General Terms and Conditions.

 

Protection and Use of Personal Data

Hit Larix d.d. will protect all collected user data in accordance with applicable Slovenian and European law.

 

Online Reservation Terms

On the website of Hit Larix d.d., direct reservation of pitches at Camping Špik is available. When making a reservation, the user (buyer) pays the corresponding reservation fee according to the current price list. The paid amount serves as a reservation guarantee and is non-refundable.

After a successful transaction, the buyer receives an official reservation confirmation via email. The system automatically sends the confirmation to the provided email address. If the email address is incomplete or incorrect, the buyer will not receive the confirmation.

If the confirmation is not received, the reservation status can be checked with the Camping Špik Reservation Service:

The paid reservation amount will be deducted from the total amount upon checkout at the campsite.
The buyer receives the invoice for the services at checkout at the campsite reception.

If the payment of the reservation was unsuccessful, the reservation is not confirmed.
In case of credit card payment issues, the buyer may contact the Camping Špik Reservation Service via the online form on the page 👉 https://www.camp-spik.com/kontakt-in-lokacija to receive further instructions for completing the reservation.

By making an online reservation, the user/buyer is considered to have read and accepted the current General Terms and Conditions of Hit Larix d.d.

 

Online Reservation Procedure

During the online reservation at Camping Špik, the following procedure applies:

  • The buyer checks the availability of pitches.
  • Selects the number of persons and arrival and departure dates.
  • Chooses a free pitch (marked in green) and checks the selected persons, dates, and price of accommodation including VAT. The displayed price is informative only – the final invoice depends on actual data, additional services, tourist tax, and registration fee.
  • Enters personal information and confirms acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Provides credit card details, selects currency, and confirms reservation payment. Payment can be made with Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, or Diners

 

After a successful reservation, the buyer receives a confirmation email. The invoice for services will be issued at checkout at the campsite reception.

 

Payment for Accommodation and Services

  • The reservation payment will be credited toward accommodation or other services.
  • Accommodation costs, service fees, and other charges must be settled no later than at checkout. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.

 

Prices and Information

  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. They are valid at the time the reservation is confirmed.
  • Hit Larix d.d. reserves the right to change prices, texts, or descriptions on the website at any time without prior notice.
  • Published images are symbolic and may not fully represent the actual condition of accommodations or services.

 

Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Guest Cancellation

In the event of cancellation or no-show, the reservation payment is non-refundable.

  • Force Majeure
  • If the buyer cancels due to force majeure or terminates the contract, Camping Špik allows free cancellation if unforeseen circumstances prevent the buyer from using the paid services, and cancellation occurs at least one day before the stay.

Force majeure must be documented with official documents, showing that the buyer could not have anticipated or prevented the circumstances when making the reservation.

Cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Camping Špik reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, extraordinary government measures) without liability for consequences.
  • Reservation Modifications

Modifications (e.g., arrival/departure dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. To change a reservation, contact Camping Špik Reservation Service at: info@camp-spik.si .

  • Early Departure

In case of early departure, the full amount for the reserved period, including persons and pitch, will be charged.

  • Reservation Validity

Reservations are valid until 21:00 on the day of arrival.

 

Check-in, Check-out, and Other Conditions

  • Guests must present a valid ID and complete the registration process upon arrival. All persons and pets staying at the campsite must be registered.
  • Failure to follow the registration procedure or not registering all persons/pets may result in higher fees or cancellation of stay.
  • Online reservations secure a specific pitch. Guests arriving without a reservation will be assigned a available pitch or zone.
  • Guests must inform the reception of their chosen location in unassigned zones. The campsite reserves the right to reassign pitches if the desired area is unavailable due to maintenance, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances. Comparable accommodations will be offered.
  • Check-in / Check-out times:
  • Check-in: from 12:30
  • Check-out: until 12:00
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

 

Guest Responsibilities and Rules on the Premises

  • Use of Facilities

Guests must use campsite facilities responsibly. Intentional or negligent damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

  • Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00. Noise should be kept to a minimum on pitches and in shared areas.

  • Pets

Pets are allowed on pitches, must be leashed and supervised, and cannot roam freely. Owners must maintain cleanliness and remove pet waste.

  • Fire Safety

Open fire and grills are only permitted following reception instructions. Guests must consult reception for safety guidelines.

  • Waste Disposal

Guests must use designated bins and separate recyclable materials.

  • Parking

Parking is available on each pitch. Camping Špik is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles or items.

  • Electrical Connections

Guests must use electricity safely. Keys for electrical cabinets are provided at check-in.

  • 10 A power
  • Standard CEE Euro sockets
  • Connecting motorhomes/trailers is allowed
  • Charging electric vehicles on these connections is not permitted

 

Safety and Liability

  • Personal Belongings

The campsite is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Guests are advised to secure valuables.

  • Use of Facilities

All facilities and playgrounds are used at guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised, especially near water, shared areas, and playgrounds.

  • Accidents and Injuries

The campsite is not liable for accidents or injuries caused by negligence or improper use of facilities or equipment.

 

Environmental Responsibility

  • Guests are encouraged to follow eco-friendly practices, including:
  • Waste separation
  • Energy conservation
  • Responsible water use

Camping Špik is committed to sustainability and appreciates guest cooperation in preserving the natural surroundings.

 

Validity of Terms

These General Terms and Conditions are effective from 19 December 2025.
