When making a reservation, the user (buyer) pays the corresponding reservation fee according to the <strong>current price list<\/strong>. The paid amount serves as a <strong>reservation guarantee<\/strong> and is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After a successful transaction, the buyer receives an <strong>official reservation confirmation<\/strong> via email. The system automatically sends the confirmation to the provided email address. If the email address is incomplete or incorrect, the buyer will <strong>not receive<\/strong> the confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>If the confirmation is not received, the reservation status can be checked with the <strong>Camping \u0160pik Reservation Service<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By phone: +386 (0)51 634 466<\/li>\n<li>By email: info@camp-spik.si<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The paid reservation amount will be deducted from the total amount <strong>upon checkout<\/strong> at the campsite.<br \/>\nThe buyer receives the invoice for the services at <strong>checkout at the campsite reception<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If the payment of the reservation <strong>was unsuccessful<\/strong>, the reservation is <strong>not confirmed<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn case of credit card payment issues, the buyer may contact the <strong>Camping \u0160pik Reservation Service<\/strong> via the online form on the page \ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camp-spik.com\/kontakt-in-lokacija\/\">https:\/\/www.camp-spik.com\/kontakt-in-lokacija<\/a> to receive further instructions for completing the reservation.<\/p>\n<p>By making an online reservation, the user\/buyer is considered to have read and accepted the <strong>current General Terms and Conditions of Hit Larix d.d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online Reservation Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the online reservation at <strong>Camping \u0160pik<\/strong>, the following procedure applies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The buyer checks the <strong>availability of pitches<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Selects the <strong>number of persons<\/strong> and <strong>arrival and departure dates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Chooses a <strong>free pitch<\/strong> (marked in green) and checks the selected persons, dates, and price of accommodation including VAT. The displayed price is <strong>informative only<\/strong> \u2013 the final invoice depends on actual data, additional services, tourist tax, and registration fee.<\/li>\n<li>Enters <strong>personal information<\/strong> and confirms acceptance of the <strong>Terms of Service and Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Provides <strong>credit card details<\/strong>, selects currency, and confirms <strong>reservation payment<\/strong>. Payment can be made with <strong>Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, or Diners<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After a successful reservation, the buyer receives a <strong>confirmation email<\/strong>. The invoice for services will be issued <strong>at checkout at the campsite reception<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment for Accommodation and Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The reservation payment will be <strong>credited toward accommodation or other services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation costs, service fees, and other charges must be <strong>settled no later than at checkout<\/strong>. Payments can be made <strong>in cash, by credit card, or by debit card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prices and Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are in <strong>Euros (EUR)<\/strong> and include <strong>VAT<\/strong>. To change a reservation, contact <strong>Camping \u0160pik Reservation Service<\/strong> at: <a href=\"mailto:info@camp-spik.si\">info@camp-spik.si<\/a> .<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Early Departure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of early departure, the <strong>full amount<\/strong> for the reserved period, including persons and pitch, will be charged.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reservation Validity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reservations are valid <strong>until 21:00 on the day of arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Check-in, Check-out, and Other Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests must present a <strong>valid ID<\/strong> and complete the <strong>registration process<\/strong> upon arrival. All persons and pets staying at the campsite must be registered.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to follow the registration procedure or not registering all persons\/pets may result in <strong>higher fees<\/strong> or <strong>cancellation of stay<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Online reservations secure a <strong>specific pitch<\/strong>. Guests arriving without a reservation will be assigned a <strong>available pitch or zone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Guests must inform the reception of their chosen location in unassigned zones. The campsite reserves the right to <strong>reassign pitches<\/strong> if the desired area is unavailable due to maintenance, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances. Intentional or negligent damage may result in <strong>repair or replacement charges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quiet Hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quiet hours: <strong>22:00 \u2013 07:00<\/strong>. Noise should be kept to a minimum on pitches and in shared areas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pets are allowed on pitches, must be <strong>leashed and supervised<\/strong>, and cannot roam freely. Owners must maintain cleanliness and <strong>remove pet waste<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fire Safety<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Open fire and grills are only permitted <strong>following reception instructions<\/strong>. Guests must consult reception for <strong>safety guidelines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Waste Disposal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guests must use designated bins and <strong>separate recyclable materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parking is available on each pitch. <strong>Camping \u0160pik<\/strong> is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles or items.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Electrical Connections<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guests must use electricity safely.
